When and how to do what?
It is the publisher's sole and absolute liability to publish and promote your scientific book. It is also safe to say that your scientific book will not be released until after your book has been released. However, this is a very restricted perspective on the way academic literature is made.
As a matter of fact, interest in your academic book (before publication) should begin at least one year before submission of the definitive work.
