Do I run 32-bit or 64-bit offices? You need to know which 32-bit or 64-bit platforms you are using when you install ProQuest for Word. Use of the Write-N-Cite
Write-N-Cite allows you to quote a reference in a script at the touch of a finger. It can be always on top so that it is retained while you enter your script and create your citation. You will find a Write-N-Cite icon on your Windows icon bar, an add-in in the Word tool bar (for Windows only), and a Word Tools pull-down list under Tools to launch Write-N-Cite.
Macintosh Write-N-Cite is supported by the following applications: Choose the WNC config program. Ask your libretarian for the correct address for your institution's public keywords. Write-N-Cite includes a Word menue that displays open Word files in supplement to the Macintosh default menues. It is a convenient feature that allows you to enable Word or choose a file you want to move forward.
Check the Always above checkbox to keep Write-N-Cite above all other applications, even Word. The Write N-Cite provides only the basic elements to provide more display space for your credentials. You can choose to display all reference data or the folder by folder option from the Views submenu; you cannot open or modify them.
Click the Show Links pushbutton to see the full credentials. Quotations can also be changed with the Quotation Editor. In your word processor, click the insert point (the point at which you want to insert the reference). Go to Write-N-Cite and click on the Cite next to the right credential as Ref-ID, author's last name and year.
It' not what your last quote will look like. To change or delete information that appears in the formated quote, click the Edit Quote button in the upper-right part of the Write-N-Cite screen. In order to quote a second quote in the same place, click the Quote for the second one.
