The ACC 321 - Creative Writing: The stylistic concept
The first is to further enhance and refine students' writing abilities in England by creating creative text that receives continuous feedbacks from teachers and pupils to make them realize that creative non-conformity in writing should be a deliberate choice, not a linguistic mistake.
On the other hand, the methodical instruments learnt in ACC120 and ACC220 are to be put into practise, enabling the student to write deviating, well-structured and well-designed literature. This course aims at the creation of several English language documents. The course therefore focuses on the creation of brief essays, text excerpts and poetical text.
The focus is on the invention and design of creative text as well as knowledge of German and German. Of course, this course will require a significant amount of writing and the student is required to do a number of intermediate writing activities and to continually monitor the work of their colleagues.
Until the end of the term, each student compiles a list of their best work, which is evaluated. Lessons take place twice a week and include classroom practice, discussions of related reading, work-shopping work and mutual review of work. The grades comprise a medium-term dissertation, a folder and a transcript of the year.
