Once you have your iBook in Word, you can turn it into KDP and pay author bonuses of 35% or 70% on the listed prices of the work. It is Amazon's publishing plattform for printing and uses print-on-demand publishing, where no stock is kept - a product is only ever published when a client places an order.
Exclusive to Amazon with CreateSpace Private, unless the writer has chosen the Advanced Distributor Programme. As part of this programme, writers can make their work available to on-line and off-line dealers such as Barnes & Noble and publishers such as Ingram and Baker & Taylor. Once included in the distributors' catalogues, they appear in the ordering system of the dealer networks, galleries and academies and can be ordered whenever a client places an inquiry at one of these locations.
By combining paperbacks and digials during the publishing lifecycle, Amazon offers its clients a better browser and buying environment, as long as the detail of both is exactly the same. 40% of every full year and 60% of every year that Amazon sells through the extended distributor programme. Apple's iBooks is the second largest e-book dealer after Amazon, with a 10% share of turnover in the top 5 markets.

At the same time, it does not share smash words with Amazon and does not provide assistance in reformatting eBooks. Draft2Digital may be better for you if you need help reformatting your eBooks and/or if you prefer to release with an aggregate that also spreads to Amazon. You have another important benefit - you will be able to reformat your e-book for free. Most dealers sell for 10% of the sales prices. One of the oldest self-publishers on the Internet, Lulu is a favorite publisher of printed and printed music.

You can also decide to use IngramSpark, Lulu or Booksbaby because they provide print-on-demand copying and distribution to all large e-booksellers. When choosing the latter, be sure to disqualify Amazon when selecting resellers from your distributor's distribution census.
Printed specimens cannot be distributed without an ISBN, and it is better to get one of your own than to use the one given by your publisher. A number of companies may not be accepting book from writers outside the United States. License payments and the number of payments can also vary from organization to organization.
