Start with why Ted

You start with why Ted

Begin with Why is one of my favorite Ted Talks. The author of "Start With Why", Simon Sinek, has a simple but powerful model for inspiring leadership that is marked by a golden circle and the question "Why? Bettina Sinek begins his conversation with questions: Sinek was a motivational speaker at the UN Global Compact Leaders Summit and the TED Conference. Talk to Simon Sinek's powerful Ted as it sets out to find a new association management system.

Subtitles 107: Simon Sinek - Leadership: Beginning with the why

imon Sinek is a pail roll guy of a customer. One of my absolute favourites is his TED talc "How Great Leader's Inspire Action". and some of his newer ideas about guidance..... I liked how emotionally Simon became at certain points in this discussion.... Especially when we were discussing how brave it is that great ladders have to rise and make hard up-mings.

An unshakeable upbeat Simon is. Called a "visionary intellectual thinker", Zinek trains executives and organisations on how to motivate them. Courageously aiming to create a place where the overwhelming bulk of the population goes home every single working night and feels full of work, Zinek leads a motion that inspires others to do the things that motivate them.

He is a qualified anthropographer and the writer of two books: the bestseller Start With Why: How Great Leaders inspire Everyone to Take Action and his latest bestseller, the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, Leader of the Wall Street Journal, Leader Éat Last: Why Some Team' Snake.

Intrigued by the executives and businesses that have the greatest influence in their organisations and in the global arena, he has uncovered some noteworthy models of how they think, act and interact and in which environment they function best. It has dedicated its lives to dividing its thoughts to help other guides and organisations to act.

He' s best known for popularising the Why idea and for the lecture he gave on the topic that became the second most viewed lecture of all times on TED.com. Please don't hesistate to contact me on Twitter or write me an e-mail if you liked listening to Simon Sinek on the show.
