When you use InDesign CC, open the INDD copy of the workbook. When working with InDesign CS4, CS5 or 6, open the IDML ver. When exporting your theme for print, make sure the OFF BEFORE PRINT level is hidden. Professional tip: Try to lock the level of your pictures HERE to help saving your text work.
