Find, edit or edit a pattern in Publisher

If you open Publisher, you will see a catalogue of templates to chose from. In order to make a paper, you have to pick a paper that corresponds to what you want it to be. Once you open the document, you can modify it to contain all the desired items, such as colours, typefaces and images.

As well as building a new publishing from a single design you can also build new templates that you can reuse without having to reapply your changes. Use the Publisher Templates dialog to save a Publisher Templates page from any Publish. If you launch a new publishing by choosing a pattern, a copy of the pattern will open so that the initial pattern is not accidentally modified.

To make changes to a reference, you can open a copy of the reference document, make the desired changes, and then store it as a reference again. Reduce your workload by creating a source book that replicates your corporate image and corporate image and then storing it as a temple.

Click Publisher or File > New. Choose a publishing style in the Templates page, e.g. greeting cards. To find the desired item, slide down, choose it, and then click Create. As well as using templates to find templates, you can also find templates by keyword.

If, for example, you want to produce a triple-format booklet instead of going to the Booklets section and then searching through the size option, you can type a triple booklet in the search field to find all available booklet templates in triple-format. Save a pattern from any publishing by using it as a Publisher pattern files.

Or you can simply select an already created pattern, make any changes, and store the pattern as a new one. Generate or open the publishing you want to use as a reference. Select it by clicking On > Safe As and locate the C disk on your computer.

If you store your original in a different storage place, Publisher may not be able to find it. From the File Types field, choose Publisher Templates. Enter a name for the file in the File name field. Then click on Store You' ll find your templates in the Templates Galery in the PERSONALLY in Publisher 2016 and 2013 and in the My Templates in Publisher 2010 and 2007 series.

To open a previously used preset, modify it and store it as a new preset. Select File >New. To do this, click PERSONAL, and then double-click the name of a preset. If your document is not included in the list, you may not have stored it in the template's standard directory.

When you have stored a document in a different storage place than the standard document storage place, you must navigate to the storage place and open the document from there or move it to the standard document storage place on your computer. Change the required changes to the reference.

Select File > Safe As and locate the C disk on your computer. Click Publisher Style in the Store As field, and then enter a new name and optionally a style group. Then click on Store Click Publisher or File > New. To do this, click My Templates, and then double-click the name of a one.

If your document is not included in the list, you may not have stored it in the template's standard directory. Usually the standard is C: \Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates. When you have stored a document in a different storage place than the standard document storage place, you must navigate to the storage place and open the document from there or move it to the standard document storage place on your computer.
