What we have learnt in over 10 years of practice is that if you are able to prevent some very frequent traps, you can make a very efficient, professional-looking product for your company. We will concentrate on how to get rid of these traps when using publishers. You should plan and develop ideas before you start MS Publisher and start inserting images and text into a lay-out.
Brainstorming with your staff is exactly what you want to alter the thoughts or behaviour of those who see your play. If you have a 4-megapixel uncut picture, you can extend it to about 7" width and still have enough detail to produce a crisp, sleek look.
It is not important to change your photos from RGB to CMYK, as Publisher saves them as RGB anyway. In the Publisher, generate your layouts in the cropped, final format of the work. When the part is pleated, use the Grid Lines lay-out utility to indicate where the pleats are located and where the centre of each folding panels is.

Inks are about colour - and everyone enjoys choosing colours for their text, plates and other designs. There is a drawback: the colour you see on the monitor lights up while the colour of the printer is very different on the printer. RGB is a colour spectrum that uses colour rather than inks.
This type of colour selection often leads to disappointments when the colour you print does not look like what your eyes and brains have seen on the monitor. You can choose your colour formulae from a colour fan for inks and papers. The two very good fountains for printing and printing inks are::
