Pricing includes monochrome printing format ( (based on a 200-page book) with up to 25 indoor photos/graphics (BookLocker allows up to 50 prints in printed guides at no additional cost), genuine colour artwork designs (some companies above only provide artwork with these packs ) with up to 5 prints.

Pricing also includes a printing copy, fundamental e-book reformatting and delivery to the four leading e-book vendors (some have sales restrictions, and some can calculate more for e-books with advanced formatting), espresso delivery (not all above provide this), an ISBN for all issues, bar code, a list on the publisher's website, delivery by Ingram and feed back to your own if you submit your own (some above do not or will not give you a rebate if you submit your own cover), all within 6 week.

Writers should better register for a cheaper option and then buy a copy with their discounts. IMPORTANT: Many of the above companies do not provide express/expedition support.
