Waiting until your book is reformatted to e-book. It was first available on the publisher's website and other on-line e-bookstores (Barnes & Noble, Kobobooks. com, etc.). The book was released in early November 2012. I am currently writing this article, it is March 2013. NOTICE: You may be able to delay the start of your book until it is also available in binary form, but I could not.
