Masters in Creative Writing is aimed at authors who wish to try out a number of areas before they decide in which areas they know best or who already know their strengths but have the need to specialise in other areas. Our aim is to provide a supporting but constructive-critical setting for the dissemination and evaluation of students' creative and journalism work and to promote a wide range of creative and discerning writing abilities, as well as the capacity to work on a long creative/critical projects on one' s own.
Applicants should provide a font specimen. They will be familiarized with the latest theory of creative and contemporary thought about literature and journalism. Our aim is to provide a supporting but constructive-critical setting for the dissemination and evaluation of students' creative and journalism work and to promote a wide range of creative and discerning writing abilities, as well as the capacity to work on a long creative/critical projects on one' s own.
Kreativität (30 credits) investigates how science can shed light on what goes on in your head and on the page when you write in a creative or professional way, and how this typeface is perceived by the reader and the wider world. Writing elements: Pupils select either the features or the script.

You should submit a pattern of your creative writing (e.g. storytelling, novel in work, poetry, script or playbook, newspaper article) between two and five thousand words, proving your skills and aptitude.
You will need an IELTS for UCT or Trinity SELT test purchased from a UK Visas and Immigration (UCT) accredited test center and on the Secure English Learning Testing (SELT) Schedule. Our own test of German as a foreign mother tongue is available for those who do not fulfil the requirement or wish to speak German.
Further information on courses and tests can be found in the Language Centre Brunel. Undergraduates in the Master's programme must earn 180 points to take the MA in Creative Writing; they therefore take all four of Strand A's four credits ('120 credits') and Strand B's 60 points ('60 credits').
Fulltime creative writing undergraduates take two credits in Term 1 and two in Term 2. As a rule, part-time semester undergraduates take the first and second year's term 1 and 2 mornings, and the second year's term 1 and 2 afternoons, which can be inverted if necessary.
Brunel's creative authors have together released over 80 works and wrote for TV, cinema and music. When you have already specialised in a particular area of writing, it will reinforce your competence with a wealth of experience in other methodologies. U.K/EU UK/EU student can make six identical payments per month: the first payment must be made at enrollment and the other five by direct debit or credit/debit cardhold.
Foreign nationals can make two payments: 60 percent at enrollment and 40 percent in January for those starting in September (or the other 40 percent in March for those starting in January). National and postgraduate dues rise yearly according to the RPI, or 5%, whichever is lower.
