Use a double-sided printer to print a booklet. You can usually do this by printing from the menu or by pressing Ctrl + P. Our pride is in delivering the highest quality printed books in the industry. Select All to print all pages of a document. The impositioning is one of the basic steps in prepress.

Printing brochures with Acrobat or Acrobat readers

PDF multipage PDF print as booklet: four pages per page, double-sided, left-justified. You can print a multi-page page report as a booklet: Choose a print device from the Print button at the top of the Print window. Under Pages to Print, choose the pages you want to print from the eBooklet.

Each page is printed from front to back. Page specifications specify a page area for printing a smaller grouping of a large album. Split a large eBooklet into smaller groups and then separate each page area. In the Page Sizing & Handling section, click on the option Books. From the popup menue Bookset Subset, one of the following selections:

Double-sided (duplex) printing of both sides of the document if your machine is capable of printing either front side / back side (for non-duplex printers). When your machine cannot autoprint both sides, you can start by printing the front side of the sheet. Then, refresh these pages and reprint the back.

Keep the numbers in the From box leaves as they are. The Acrobat or Reader program specifies which pages must be printed for the printing order. If you have a 16-page PDF, for example, and have chosen All in the Printing Area, pages 1 through 4 will be printed. Choose Auto-Rotate Pages to turn each page around so that it fits best in the area that can be printed.

Use a multipage page report as a booklet: Choose a machine from the top left hand corner of the Printing window. Specify the pages to be printed in the Printing area: Each page is printed from front to back. Page Specifies a page area for printing a smaller grouping of a large album.

Split a large eBooklet into smaller groups and then separate each page area. Choose Brochure printing from the Page scaling pop-ups. Below the Page Scaling pop-up window, you will see a number of extra control elements. Choose one of the following from the popup dropdown list Bookset Subset: Double-sided (duplex printer) Auto printing of both sides of the document if your machine is capable of printing double-sided documents.

Front/Back Only (for non-duplex printers) If your machine cannot auto-port both sides, you can start by printing the front of the sheet. Then, refresh these pages and reprint the back. Keep the numbers in the From box leaves as they are. The Acrobat or Reader program specifies which pages must be printed for the printing order.
