Include your picture and logos area choices that are only available to Adobe Acrobat customers. Styles are conceived to allow easy processing with Adobe Reader. The Adobe Reader is a free program that you can get at http://get.adobe.com/reader. The latest Adobe Reader 9 is available for free use. Adobe Reader 6 is the prerequisite for this.

It is also possible to use the" All" option from the main window. To erase a line of text, proceed in the same way to mark the text and press "Delete" from the Files submenu or use the erase button on the keypad to do so. Save and rename your data set.

It is not necessary to change the name of your PDF document, but if you do, keep the PDF document name to a max of 35 characters. The pushbutton is not reproduced on the printout. Enhanced edit capabilities are only available for Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional customers. In order to display the imbedded typeface, choose "Properties" from the Files submenu and open the Fonts register card.

Describes how to use Adobe Acrobat to create pictures or icons for the template you have chosen. Please refer to the Adobe Acrobat manual for further processing possibilities. Click the Browse tab to browse to the picture (jpeg or PDF only) on your home disk that you want to use.

After you have selected the picture, click "OK". Save and name your data set. It is not necessary to change the name of your PDF document, but if you do, keep the PDF document name to a max of 35 characters.

Where can I create a booklet?

Your best performance will depend on your printers. Certain printers have a "brochure" operating modes. You would activate this in the Print dialogue > General folder > Print settings and do nothing else in your documents. Your printers determine whether you need to adjust the page sizes and alignments in the print settings.

Please enter your documents in full-scale. If you would like a DIN A5 leaflet, for example, then please enter your DIN A5 file. You can use this function for true double-sided and one-page prints that have a manual double-sided assistant. Go to the Options folder and activate "Use only hard copy from print settings" and possibly also "Use only hard copy from print settings".

Go to the General tabs and click the Properties buttons. This opens the dialogue of your print drivers. You can specify the maximum format of the DIN A4 format in this dialogue box, i.e. you need the DIN A4 format for the DIN A5 format. Also, change the alignment of the sheets to "landscape".

Exit the dialogue. Dragging the print dialogue further will give you a large thumbnail. When previewing page 1 (front) you should see pages 8|1, pages 2|7 on page 2 (back), pages 6|3 on page 3 (front) and pages 4|5 on page 4 (back).

If you do not have an assistant for automatic double-sided print, this is the case. Go to the Options folder and activate "Use only hard copy format from print settings" and possibly also "Use only hard copy from print settings". You' ll have to turn the pile of papers later. Refer to the print kit to find out what to do.

You may need to place Include on "Fronts / right sides" and later, after turning the pile of papers, "Backs / lefthand sides". Go to the General tabs and click the Properties buttons. This opens the dialogue of your print drivers. This dialogue allows you to select the format of the A4 format for the DIN A5 format.

And, turn the direction of the document to "Landscape". Exit the dialogue. You may need to verify this when either front or back side pages are printed, according to how your machine handles them. Dragging the print dialogue further will give you a large thumbnail.
