My Writing BookLetterbook
Writing Book is a teacher-friendly guideline for writing at emerging, early and fluid learning outcomes. The book contains hands-on information to help elementary and secondary education instructors in planning and running an efficient writing program. Section 1 provides an outline of the writing processes, the methods of learning in a good writing program and the characteristics of efficient writing masters.
It also presents the concept that efficient authors use two toolkits: a Knowledge Toolkit (what good authors know) and a Skills Toolkit (what good authors do). Useful information for creating an efficient teaching setting for writing. These include the development of a beneficial study style and a supporting and targeted athletic milieu.
This section presents the supporting materials available to both educators and pupils and suggests a wide range of ways to arrange students' writing materials. Section 3 concentrates on design. In this section, you will find instructions for scheduling a writing program and step-by-step instructions for implementing the syllabus in your class.
Section 4 extracts the abilities in the skill toolkit. It is a useful section for diving in and out, according to your writing needs and the students' needs. In this section you will find samples of curricula and writing suggestions. Thirty Quick Writes classes (short writing activities) can be used as starting or one-time class.
Most of the text is subdivided into the most popular one. Every text section contains: a detail timetable, an example with comments, an empty pupil scheduling page, a filled out schedule page and a proposed'Quick Writes' and themes that correspond to the text area. At the end of this section you will find a longer general listing of writing subjects.
Just like section 4, this section is useful for getting in and out according to the writing emphasis and the students' needs. Section 6 provides instructions for teaching revisioning and editorial abilities. It also provides in-depth information on how to react effectively to students' writing, and gives suggestions on how to celebrate and publish students' writing.
