You will explore the features of the Publisher 2016 GUI in this unit. First of all, new publishers should become familiar with the Publisher 2016 GUI features and features before trying to publish. If you launch Publisher, you will receive a list of available publishing styles.

Using the up and down arrow keys, you can move the currently active page up and down. Using the horizontally scrolling toolbar, the currently loaded page is scrolled to the right and up.
When your mousewheel has a roller, you can move the page up and down like the horizontal up and down scrollbar. Use the" Zoom" slide control in the lower right hand side of the screen to enlarge or reduce the size to reduce the size of your work.
The" Page Layout View" button to the lefthand side allows you to toggle between a page-by page and a double page perspective of your pub. The first time you launch Publisher, a listing of available styles is shown. In order to generate a new, empty publishing, choose the default 'Blank 8.
Publisher's primary workspace appears in the middle of the display. Click the ribbons in the ribbon above the workspace to find the folders, groups of buttons, and instructions used in Publisher. In order to use the " Backstage View " and the most popular functions for managing files, click on the "File " folder in the ribbon.
The" DeepL Access Bar" is located directly above the ribbon on the lefthand side of the display. To the right of the "Quick Start Toolbar" in the upper part of the program area. You will see the name of the actual publishing in the middle of the title bar.
The Page Navigation area is located to the lefthand side of the homepage. Every page of your paper is displayed with a thinnail. If you want to view a page snapshot in the workspace, slide through the snapshot and click on one to do so.
In order to scale your primary workspace in vertical and horizontal direction, use the vertical and horizontal sidebars to the right and below the primary workspace. If available, you can also use the mousewheel to move up/down. Use the" Zoom" slide control in the lower right hand side area of the app pane to enlarge the workspace.
You can toggle the display of your workspace between a double- and a single-page display by clicking on one of the "Page layout view" icons to the lhs.
