Where' s the Tools menu in Microsoft Publisher 2010, 2013 and 2016?

When you don't have a classic menu for Office..... It' very simple to get the Tools menu in Publisher 2010 and 2013 if you have Classic Menu for Publisher 2010 and 2013 now. This function can be obtained using the same method as in Microsoft Publisher 2007 and 2003.

Simply click on the "Menus" register card and you will see the "Tools" drop-down menu. When you don't have a classic menu for Office..... There is no Extras menu in Microsoft Publisher 2010 and 2013, there is even no "Extras" tabs that correspond to the old Extras menu in the new ribbon.
