I' ve chosen Purolator for shipment to Canada, but my tracker number doesn't work.

The dispatch of the Purolator takes place in two stages. This parcel leaves our printing house and takes about 3-4 working day to get to the border with Canada. Purolator then picks up the parcel and sends it to the system for scanning. This is the only way to activate the tracing number. So if you are receiving your shipment notification with the tracing number, please provide the tracing information 3-4 working nights before scanning by Purolator.
