Indesign Book Template 5.5 X 8.5Indian design book template 5.5 X 8.5
Indianesign 5.5x 8.5 template for a cartoon.....
Stage 1: Apply a preset to all your Adobe RGB images (Adobe RGB if you want to print with CS) - you can disregard this if you allow a certain amount of tolerances in the colors. Saving all your images in high resolution - 300ppi. Stage 3: Make a new Indesign file exactly the right sized for the book - 5.5 in x 8.5 in and set the borders as you do it.
You can see the border areas once they have been generated. Trimming and margins depend on the book size - you can find them in CS itself. Stage 4: Go to the "Edit" in Indesign and click on "Place". Choose your JPG format in the Folders pane.
As soon as the text is loaded into the pointer, place it at the upper lefthand edge of the new Indesign documents. Press and holding the toggle key and click with the pointer - the picture will be placed. Paste another page from the layout pull-down list and follow the same procedure. Create the new documents and go to the Layout submenu to add pages.
You will also need a few title pages, so go to the page from which you want to launch the book. Now click on Location and choose all your JPG file in the JPG directory and leak ok - leave some elapsed to download the highlight. From the comic-strip home page, press and holding the toggle key and click on the first picture in the upper lefthand area - then go to the next page and click on the next.... here we go.
InDesign is a tool for creating 5.5 x 8.5 books.....
Greetings, I have Adobde Design Suite CS5. I' ve also bought the Adobde Creative Suite 5 Bible. I' ve been reading chapters 22 (Designing and Changing Layouts) - Creating an InDesign layout - Page versus spreading - Working with pages and spreading..... They did not, however, allow me to generate page numbers on the "spreads".... the page numbers appear as page A on both "pages" and on page 2 as two pages 2 -- maybe they are not "page guides"....?
