There are a few things you need to ask yourself before you start writing a word: For whom do you work? Writing for your boyfriend, your colleagues, your manager, your inspector....? Writing to persuade someone of your point of departure? Writing to amuse and make someone smile? You trying to take a test?

Writing to reach different objectives? Reflecting on your writing needs can help you organize your thoughts. Keep in mind that when you are writing, you usually do not type for yourself (unless you are writing a journals or diaries, in which case you can type as you like). You usually work for someone else.

Readers will devote their own patience and attentiveness to what you have penned. What will they be spending hours to read what you've been writing? If you write an article at your own college or college, for example, your instructor will probably want you to understand the subject you are writing about. When you write to a boyfriend, your boyfriend may want to know interesting or important things about your boyfriend's world.
