I need to Write a BookI' ve got to write a book.
Must I be a celebrity to make a novel?
It is not glory that you have to writ, but trust and a great flow of fantasy that flows in your skull. Since my schooldays I have been composing shorts and poetry... and I am not yet confronted with a hurdle that challenges me to become well known. But, yes, if you want to be payed for what you type, begin to publish it in papers and journals.
So how do you make a storybook with people' s story? Are there any juridical aspects to consider?
By" Writing a story about others' stories," I assume you mean "compiling an compilation of other people's story anthologies with me as editor," because if they were composed by other peoples, you can't do it. First you need to get in touch with any of the folks whose story you want to hear.
In order for this to be an autobiography of originals, you must tell them the subject of the autobiography (if any) and give them one pay per words for their histories. To have an artwork of printed histories initially posted elsewhere, you must ask them if the history is available for re-publication and provide them with a per-history fee.
Once you have agreed, you must then sign a treaty that sets the price per words (for originals ) or per history (for reprints), whether they are First N.A.R. or World R ights, and in the case of originals, whether or not they may or may not print the history in their own collections sometime in the distant or other.
When you don't do these things and post an artwork without paying or permitting, you can count on receiving a call from an agent or lawyer or both soon after it is published. They must retract the notebook from publishing and can count on compensation. However, if you ask if you can make an autobiography of your own histories on the basis of other man-made realities, this may or may not be possible.
You' d have to ask the writers or their agent if you have authorization to post a storyline in their preferences and sign a license for them. Failing that, you can be assured that you will receive a call from an agent or lawyer or both soon after the release.
