As part of the English section, the CWP recognises the vital importance of the literature in our cultural environment and the importance of creativity in the development of self-expression, understanding, sensitivity and thought. We are dedicated to a study environment that promotes the creativity, literacy and profession of our fellow student, to the development of a fellowship of authors, scientists and reviewers, and to the development of fruitful relations between this imaginative fellowship and our college, our area and our people.

Built on a craftsman' s point of view of creativity and using a mix of conventional workshop work, classes, seminar and literature studies to help learners learn the instruments of good literacy and evolve their unique voice in the long conversational process that is the literary heritage. Designed to take you from introduction courses in the field of imaginative literacy and composition to specialized works in certain shapes and styles such as literature, poesy, creative nonfiction and screenplay to the creation of an expanded library of imaginative works. They are studying 360 units of credit over three years. These last moduls will be released until September 2019. They complete three key training courses and three elective courses. The second year you choose from a series of time-, genre- or theme-related moduls, in which you base on the year of founding and read a choice of text in its historic and culturally context.

They are also continuing their course of studying composition in a wide array of styles and styles, which includes literature, poems and screenplays. During your last year, you will be able to select from a number of specialized training courses that will enable you to follow the interests that have been developing over the last two years. The English Literature offers you the possibility to carry out unevaluated, minting work. The majority of our training programs are evaluated by composition and/or review, but some also contain other types of evaluation, such as journals, a portfolios or a presentation. Her graduation thesis comprises an extensive, independent and inventive range of imaginative works, created under the supervision of an assistant in the fields of novels, nonfiction, poetry, dramatic composition or screenplay. If you are a recent student at our school, you will have a range of imaginative letters to showcase. Alumni find work in human resources, in bookshops, in professions such as libraries, but also in municipal administration and other areas of civil comunication. There is an extensive range of placements with Wales-based literature and culture journals for which Wales language and culture programmes are open to undergraduates.
