In order to build iOS applications using the latest technology described in these tutorials, you will need a Mac computer (macOS 10.11.5 or later) with the latest Xcode in it. The Xcode contains all the functions you need to create, build and Debug an application. The Xcode also contains the iOS SDK, which adds the necessary utilities, compiler and framework for iOS developers to Xcode.

Get the latest Xcode from the App Store to your Mac for free. Enter Xcode in the top right hand box and hit Enter. Xcode App appears as the first results. The Xcode is loaded into the /Applications folder. Lectures are in Xcode 8.
