At Ingram Spark it usually lasts 2 a week until the book is available on all auctions. In the case of printed book, your performance is usually determined by the book's qualitiy, your exposure or coverage to your readers and covers. When you examine the e-book best-seller list, you will see that independents novel writers boot very little for their work, often somewhere between 99 cents and $2.99.
While others say that it is appropriate for an e-book from an anonymous writer, some say this invalidates the work. In some cases, the price for online issues is as high as for printed issues in non-fiction book classes.
