Like I mentioned before, the independent bookshops will be your ally! Bookshops can do miracles for you. You are more open to more book signatures than Barnes & Noble. They' ll give you better shelving than Barnes & Noble. Several of them even buy their book on a disposable base.

Selling 50 to 100 titles per quater to a selected group of independent bookshops. I ask them to pay for my book every three months and see if they are interested in purchasing more book in wholesaling. I can buy 250 copies from my editor for $3. 50 a copy. If I buy 500 or 1,000 copies, I can get a lower price with them.
