You' ve ever gone out with a narcissistic dramatic Queen, you've probably been the receiver of every ploy in this book. No footnotes in the whole book and no citation. More seriously, only David Brooks''BoBos in Paradise' surpassed it as a first-hand report on the inner life of the anti-social intellect.
