The seven accounts generated a turnover of over four million euro on the small markets of the Netherlands and Belgium. This was the chorus when we started: With only ten novels per year you won't be generating any bestsellers. Frequent editors believe that you need to release literally a hundred titles to get your hands on a bestseller. After all, the publication of a plethora of textbooks is a tradition of the past.
Editors have to adapt to the present situation, in which the web has created new regulations. Moderate produce is inevitable. To publish several hundred rare and rare works a year means that most of your precious resources are devoted to the production of average quality work. Attracting great writers, polishing a script into a great novel, finding new ways to advertise a book.
