Writers have to go to school to write?
So, you want to be a novelist? Will you have to go to university to become a winning author? After graduating from the University of North Carolina with a Master's of Arts diploma in England and Arts Writing. My studies began with a keen interest in chemicals and biomedical-technology. During two terms I realised that I enjoyed my first semester classes more than anything else, so I changed my main subject.
After graduating with a B.A. in English and a B.A. in CS. Studying is not necessary to become a novelist. It' not even necessary for someone to become a good author. What makes writing so nice is that it is so self-sufficient. From a technical point of view, to be a novelist you only need something to type and something to work with.
That doesn't mean that my graduation wasn't helpful in enhancing my writing skills. The most important thing was that I went to school to work. There are too many authors who don't enough writing. You' re thinking about writing. You' re talking about writing and planning to do it. They don't really do it.
In order to survive your classes, you will be compelled to type. You will need to get used to writing for time limits and words counting and different subjects. I' ve chosen a number of different styles for my writing, which was far more useful than focussing on anything in literature or the journal.
In addition to eight-page English articles, I wrote a finished brief every three to four week. Those are two abilities that are of inestimable value to a novelist. Typing consequently and often will make you a better author and give you a portofolio of plays to use. There are time limits in the actual state.

Writing is not the only aim in the world. To me it was writing and writing. Irrespective of what you follow, when you go to school you take what interests you most. Also, put it on the page. When you' re not in school or have other things to do, don't give up writing. Do it every single second. In your spare timeframe, please use it. Remember, all you need is to be a novelist to begin writing.
