There is a great diversity in the world of literary non-fiction, which differs exclusively from genre to genre. Contemporary English translations of these are sometimes published. These materials are intended to support students and teachers who want to deal with the literary non-fiction book as an independent genre.

In essays, memoirs or reports, many use the same fiction technique as fiction: storytelling, storyboarding, storytelling, staging, expanded dialog, accentuation of voices and points of views.
