As a gift my mother refreshed and sent my name, I got 1 copy at the Essence of the Year. At Apil, when I got in touch with the support team, I was advised that they needed $13.00 as a gift, so I got the adress and sent it. For about a whole months I didn't wait for a journal, I was emailed a message saying that all previous issues should be sent.
I have informed them by e-mail that I have not been sent any copies. I ask for cancellation and restitution of my $13.00 in August. emails that I have recieved say as my statement that they will annul and repay in August. it is now Sept. and I have not yet recieved repay.
A two-month old mother cancelled her membership over two month ago and still hasn't received a reimbursement for a two-year old paying membership. I' ve sent my bill 4 1/2 month ago and my bill still can't be settled. The only thing they say is that I'm in the system, but I can't ask or don't know when it's going to be called.
If you' re doing dealings with this firm, I suggest you get pre-pay!
