Write an autobiography: Reflective strategy to improve literacy skills
Autobiography can be a very worthwhile task for learners with study difficulties (LDs). Autobiography can enhance your ability to learn in any foreign country and allows you to respond to the needs and abilities of each one. All in all, authoring an autobiography allows you to write an individual script on the basis of your own experience.
Autobiography composition allows pupils with LDSs to evolve language-specific abilities according to the syllabus' requirements; these can be changed according to the student's grades or the changes to the syllabus described in the student's individual educational plan (IEP), if any. Autobiographical composition will help pupils in understanding the structure of a text, the text write and verification processes, and will allow them to follow the grammatical and syntactic principles.

In the context of their teaching of the language, my pupils have been reading and analysing various biographies. After identifying the structural components, they had the possibility to write their own autobiography and to describe some important incidents in their life that particularly affected them.
Pupils were invited to discuss their specific needs, in particular their educational needs. Through the comprehension of their problems, the pupils have learnt to sharpen their consciousness of their environment, to endure and acknowledge their situations and to recognize that they all have the strength and quality that enables them to be successful and to take their place.
I' ve got a study ailment and I' ve got ADS. I' m in eighth form at the Centre Jules-Léger. It' a county college in Ottawa for LDs. It was not what I expected the academy to be so hard, and it was very hard. At the end of the 4th class my folks split up and I had a hard time with that too.
Before my mum' s departure in the early part of the year, I was judged for two whole week together with Hearst University and my schoolteacher. During the 5th class, my dad, my mum and my stepmom used to meet with the shrink to get the results of my judgment, and the shrink advised me to see a physician for another judgment.
I got a notebook in sixth grade and was able to use it for my work. Michelle, the schoolteacher at my old college, was telling me about Centre Jules-Léger. Said it was a kind of academy for disabled students, like me. And I went to see my boyfriend, who was at the Centre Jules-Léger.
So, I said I wanted to come to the center. I was admitted to the centre in 2012, at the tender age of 12. Your help is the benefit of the Centre Jules-Léger. Eventually, after the Centre Jules-Léger, my dreams are to graduate from secondary education, go to university, go on to studies in electronic entertainment and then move on to Africa and visit the globe.
I' ve got a study impairment (LD), which means I study things differently; I study in a different way than other PE. It is my goal to tell you the history of my existence to show you how a kid with a study disorder is feeling, thinking and living. I' ll tell you exactly what a learner's ailment is.
My life is in the countryside, in Chesterville, Ontario, with my family, my two brethren and my younger sibling. I' m in ninth grade. I was registered for horse rides classes by my mum and dad at the tender ages of 10. But on the other side, I felt caught up in college, suffocating and even being silly. All the other kids in my grade were always looking at me.
And I left school with my wizard, and the test was often modified. Work seemed more challenging, especially in maths and typing. I' ve often lost a break and my only resting period was to write and finish the paper. Whenever someone found out that I had a study impairment, he would call me a child or a fool, as if I didn't get it if they didn't talk to me at first.
Since I was different from others, like my teacher, pupils and folks, everyone around me was treating me as if I wasn't one of them, as if I were another one. That was because they comprehended what a learner's ailment is. One of my assistants, who knew and understands what a student's handicap is, advised my folks to go to boarding schools, a college that could help me develop strategy and show me right away that the little woman I am is clever, talented and astonishing.
It would allow me to be myself. It would also help me to go into a completely unfamiliar environment and show me that I have the capacity to do well. I have received enormous help from my mum and dad and they will help me in the future. You' re the one who saved my life. You were the one who saved my life.
The name of this centre is Centre Jules-Léger (CJL). I found myself in the hallways of this incredible college within a year. Should this be like the others? All of a sudden I was in my second year, amidst those who help me, who care about me, who know me and who like me.
No, this is nothing like the others. I' ve made so many great people and good connections and will never ever let go of my two years in the centre. I was in eighth grader in my first year at the CJL. Now I' m going out of ninth graders and into tenth graders.
Because of all the help I got from those who took the necessary steps to get along with me, kids with study difficulties have a much more unbelievable life than before. You really get what it's like to live with a study impairment, and what does that mean? Understanding US? Yeah, I have a study disorder.
I' ve had problems in kindergarden and kindergarden. It was the poorest year for me in first class because everyone was already studying maths and French. When I was in the third class, my mom said that I should go to someone to test my intellect and my work. and yes, it's the truth, she was right.
So, in the fourth year I went to a new home until the sixth year. I found it simpler because my form specialised in people like me. I went to the Centre Jules-Léger (CJL) for the 7th and 8th years. Do you think the Centre Jules-Léger is just a high-school school? No. It is a kind of education that supports young people with disabilities for only two years.
" The CJL awards certifications of merit to pupils in each grade, such as: university achievement, proud and the oral tradition. When I was in Sandra's Sandra group last year, my group got a certification and the topic was "CSI". I' m having trouble literacy and concentration in school.
I' m in 11th grade. No. Resurrection, Franco Cité and the Centre Jules-Léger. I started my troubles when I was in first class when my instructor said I had a study disorder. I got my first rating in second class for dysgraphy and dysgraphy. I' ve been found to have a study disability. Well, I don't know.

When the CJL is over, I will do an internship, graduate from high schools and then become a welding or electrical technician.
I have Tourette-Syndrom. So, I chose to tell the tale of my beautiful live to help other youngsters like me. From kindergarden to today, when I was at college, it's like my mind is joking with me and saying I shouldn't focus.
I was pretending in fourth-graders to focus and listening, but my instructor knew. Tourette's disease. So now I have a better understanding of the sciences, just like my mates. I became good at it when I chose to take care and make improvements in my natural sciences classes. I' ve been more prosperous than many other undergraduates.
You know, Tourette and academia are like two good buddies trying to better comprehend. but I know I'm gonna be successful in college and have a good work. I' m not scared because I' m optimistic with new adaptations for schools and other work.
If you are composing an autobiography, ask the pupils to join in their own achievements and work. It could result in a class-room debate about unique issues and achievements and even about the commonalities and distinctions between all schoolchildren.
