At the SHRM meeting at the Snagajob stand this past summers, I was fortunate enough to get a copy of All In (How the best leaders build a corporate religion and get great results) (here at Amazon). And I knew it would be a great book and they didn't let me down.

Executives are important: You have displayed your divisions in either color. For example, the firm chose to move some "green" executives to "red" areas and the other way around to see the results. Here is a straight quote: "In each individual case, regardless of the manager's backgrounds or skills, the reds were always a year of reds and the greens were a year of reds.

He was the executive who made the difference." Looking at a transformation drive and trying to buy into it, "yeah, but" is one of the hardest things to listen to from your stakeholder.

When you find yourself saying that sentence, take a second to think if it is the right thing to do and if you would agree if someone told you that your position was upside down. "and" "What should I not do now to help my nation give its best?""
